Qui know ah!!!

Hey dolls!!!!


It's summer time and it is so hot that I don't feel like eating a heavy meal for my stomach.
I am a big fan of quinoa not only because of its nutritional value but also because it is very easy to cook and you can simply incorporate it in your diet.
I decided to share one of my recipes with you because it is so easy to do, fresh and tasty of course :)
I simply added quinoa in boiling water and let it cook for 15 minutes. I allowed it to drain.
In the meantime I cut tomatoes, cucumber and egg white that I previously boiled, raw shrimps, caper, garlic and octopus. Once the quinoa is drained, I put all the ingredients together, added salt, a few drops of freshly squeezed lemon juice, olive oil and voilà!!
